The Cuzcachapa co-op was founded in 1966 and has grown into one of El Salvador’s leading coffee processors. With over 1,200 members and 370 non-members, it produces 15 million pounds of green coffee annually. With a strong focus on innovation, Cuzcachapa continues to invest in advanced technologies to improve processing efficiency, while maintaining traditional cultivation practices. Look for strong mocha and caramel sweetness with subtle undertones of stone fruit and citrus.
