Customer Service Representative - Full time

Fast paced coffee company looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team player to join our customer service team. 

• Applicant should excel in telephone manners, be personable, professionally presentable, efficient, task oriented, creative and excel in people skills. Previous customer service experience required.
• Computer efficiency required. Previous experience with Quickbooks financial system an asset.
• Should be proficient in basic math, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to multi task.
• Duties include but are not limited to: answering the phone, calling and /or emailing customers for orders, processing customer orders, relaying messages, filing, grinding and packaging late customer coffee orders, taking café orders and assisting café staff when required. Other duties as assigned.
• Hours of work: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday- Friday, plus one one Saturday per month, 7:30am - 3:00pm
