Shipping policy

We believe you deserve the best and freshest coffee possible, so all of our coffees are almost always roasted fresh for you upon order. What you see on our retail shelves is all we have, we don't overstock or let our product sit for months. Fresh is best. For this reason you may experience a short delay between time of order and your pickup/shipping notification – that's because we're hard at work roasting your coffee on-demand to ensure you will enjoy the best cup possible.

Pick-up :

You can skip the delivery fee with free local pickup at 1427 Gingerich Rd., Baden, ON. Place your order and select local pickup. You will receive a confirmation order and a second email once the item(s) are available for pickup. We try to process orders within 1-4 business days (excluding evenings and weekends). Items must be picked up within 7 business days.

Local Delivery :

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow once it's been delivered. Local delivery is considered anywhere within 40 km of Baden, ON. Delivery charge is $15 or free on orders over $85. Please be aware that our local delivery is connected to our wholesale delivery route, so it may take 7 days, after the order is ready, for delivery.

Shipping:

Items are shipped via Canada Post and rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary based on industry volume, but usually arrive within 3-7 business days. We only ship to Canada and the United States. Please note that the delivery times indicated are approximate (per Canada Post) and does not include our order processing time, which may be an extra day or two. Orders are processed Monday - Friday only. If you require an item for a specific day/event, please call us to discuss.
