Returns and Refunds
Coffee and Tea
Due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns on coffee or tea. However, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if your characters don't match, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at sleepymonk@badencoffee.com.
Merchandise
For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging contents. For issues with brew gear occurring after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Missing or Damaged Goods
Contact us immediately if an item is missing from your order. For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days and please provide a photo of the damaged item and box. *Note that Canada Post Service Tickets can take up to 14 business days to be resolved.
