Rotating Weekly Menus (Summer)

Week 1 -

SALAD:  Greek pasta Salad – Spinach, pasta salad (pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese) with Greek dressing on the side

WRAP: Ham and Cheese Pesto Wrap – Lettuce, tomato, ham, swiss and mozzarella cheese, mayo and pesto. 

GRILLED 'WICH: Blueberry and Brie Grilled Cheese – Fresh blueberries and brie cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 2

SALAD: Italian Chickpea Salad – Lettuce, chickpeas, diced peppers, onion and cucumber with Italian dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Quesadilla – Chicken, onion, cheese, sour cream and salsa on the side 

GRILLED 'WICH: Avocado Grilled Cheese –Whipped feta cheese, avocado, cucumber and apple on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 3

SALAD: Kiwi Quinoa Salad – Spinach, quinoa, kiwi and goat cheese with a poppy seed dressing on the side

Sub: Italian Sub – salami, pepperoni, ham, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion with Italian dressing

GRILLED 'WICH: Caprese Grilled Cheese  – Mozzarella, tomato slices and basil with a drizzle of balsamic on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 4

SALAD: Cobb Salad – Lettuce, egg, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheese, bacon, avocado with ranch dressing on the side

Wrap : Egg Salad Croissant – Lettuce, egg salad (egg, onion, mayo, spices) on a croissant 

GRILLED 'WICH: BLT -  Bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 5

SALAD: Summer Berry Salad – Mixed greens, sliced almonds, feta cheese, strawberries and poppyseed dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Salad Wrap – Lettuce and chicken salad (mayo, chicken, onion, celery and spices) 

GRILLED 'WICH: Bacon Dill Grilled Cheese – Bacon, cheese with sliced dill pickles on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 6

SALAD: Summer Berry Salad Mixed greens, sliced almonds, feta cheese, strawberries and poppyseed dressing on the side
