Rotating Weekly Menus (Winter)
Week 1 -
SALAD: Chicken Caesar Salad – Romaine, Chicken, Bacon, Croutons, Parmesan, with Caesar dressing on the side
WRAP: Garlic Roast Beef – Roast beef, Swiss cheese, onion, peppers, Spinach and herb and garlic cream cheese
Pizza Grilled Cheese- Mushrooms, pepperoni , mozzarella, Pizza sauce served on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 2
SALAD: Buffalo Chicken Salad – Romaine, Buffalo Chicken, carrots, celery, Cabbage, with Ranch dressing on the side
WRAP: Chicken Parmesan – Chicken strips, cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Turkey Avocado Grilled Cheese- Sliced turkey, avocado, tomato, cucumber, mayo served on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 3
SALAD: Mandarin Orange Mixed green - mixed greens, almonds, craisins, mandarin oranges, goat cheese and poppyseed dressing on the side
Wrap: Chicken Parmesan– Lettuce, tomato's, chicken, parmesan and mozzarella cheese
GRILLED 'WICH: Ham & Swiss Grilled Cheese- ham, tomato, mayo and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 4
SALAD: Greek Salad – Romaine, red onion, cucumber, black olives, feta cheese with greek dressing on the side
Wrap : BBQ Chicken Wrap – Lettuce, chicken, BBQ sauce, mozzarella, red onion,
GRILLED 'WICH: Monte Cristo Grilled Cheese- Ham, swiss cheese, mustard, and mayo, dipped in an egg mixture and grilled on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 5
SALAD: Southwest Salad – Lettuce, chicken, cheese, avocado, cherry tomato, black beans, corn, with Southwest dressing on the side
Wrap : Thai Chicken Wrap – Chicken, peanut sauce, lettuce, veggie mix (bell pepper, carrot, cucumber)
GRILLED'WICH; Pear Brie Grilled Cheese - Brie, sliced pear, drizzled with balsamic glaze, on our choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 6
SALAD: Quinoa and Roasted Veg Salad– Lettuce, quinoa, red onion, coloured, coloured peppers, zucchini and feta with balsamic dressing on the side
WRAP: Pulled Pork Wrap – Spinach,coleslaw, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheese
