Rotating Weekly Menus (Summer)

Week 1 -

SALAD:  Bacon Avocado Salad – Lettuce, bacon, avocado, cherry tomatoes with ranch dressing on the side.  

WRAP: Chicken Burrito Wrap – Chicken, cheese, rice, black beans, corn and red onion with sour cream and salsa 

GRILLED 'WICH: Tuna Melt – Tuna salad (mayo, tuna, onion and spices) with cheese grilled on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 2

SALAD: Quinoa and Roasted Veggie Salad –spinach, quinoa, red onion, coloured peppers, zucchini and feta with balsamic dressing on the side

WRAP: Garlic Roast Beef Wrap – Roast Beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce, onion, peppers and garlic cream cheese 

GRILLED 'WICH: Reuben Grilled Cheese –Pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 3

SALAD: Balsamic Chicken Caesar Salad – Lettuce, parmesan, croutons, bacon, chicken lightly drizzled with balsamic, and Caesar dressing on the side

Wrap: Veggie Wrap – Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, pepper, avocado, feta cheese and cream cheese

GRILLED 'WICH: Pesto Chicken Grilled Cheese  – Pesto, Swiss Cheese, tomato and chicken  on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 4

SALAD: Kale & Spinach Chickpea Salad – kale, spinach, red onion, chickpeas, feta cheese with lemon vinaigrette dressing on the side

Wrap : Chicken Salad Wrap – Lettuce and chicken salad (chicken, craisins, green onions, celery, salt and pepper) 

GRILLED 'WICH: Bacon Dill Grilled Cheese-  Bacon, dill pickles and cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 5

SALAD: Caprese Salad – Spinach, romaine lettuce, cherry tomato, bocconcini, basil drizzles with balsamic glaze

WRAP: Three Cheese Pastrami Wrap – Spinach, romaine lettuce, tomato sauce, swiss cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, pastrami and mayo

GRILLED 'WICH: Double-Decker Club –Ham, turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 6

SALAD: Balsamic Chicken Caesar Salad – Lettuce, parmesan, croutons, bacon, chicken lightly drizzled with balsamic, and Caesar dressing on the side

WRAP: Piri-Piri Chicken – Lettuce, chicken, piri piri spice, tomato, mayo and cheddar cheese  

GRILLED 'WICH: Double-Decker Club –Ham, turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
