Rotating Fall Weekly Menus

Week 1 -

SALAD: Bacon Avocado Salad – Lettuce, bacon, avocado, cherry tomatoes with lemon dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Burrito – Chicken, cheese, rice, black beans, corn and red onion with sour cream and salsa

GRILLED 'WICH: Tuna Melt – Tuna salad (mayo, tuna, onion) and cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 2

SALAD: Quinoa and Roast Veggie Salad – Spinach, quinoa, red onion, coloured peppers, zucchini with balsamic dressing on the side

WRAP: Pulled Pork – Spinach, coleslaw, pulled pork, BBQ sauce and cheese

GRILLED 'WICH: Reuben Grilled Cheese – Pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 3

SALAD: Balsamic Chicken Caesar Salad – Lettuce, chicken, croutons, bacon, balsamic drizzle and Caesar dressing on the side

WRAP: Veggie Wrap – Spinach, cucumber, tomato, carrot, avocado, cheese and cream cheese

GRILLED 'WICH: Chicken Pesto – Pesto, Swiss cheese, tomato, chicken on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 4

SALAD: Kale Chickpea – Kale, red onion, chickpeas, feta cheese with lemon vinaigrette dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Salad – Lettuce and chicken salad (chicken, craisins, green onion, celery, salt and pepper) 

GRILLED 'WICH: Bacon Dill – Cheese, bacon and dill pickle on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 5

SALAD: Caprese Salad – Spinach, cherry tomato, bocconcini, basil, drizzled with a balsamic glaze

WRAP: Three Cheese Pastrami – Spinach, tomato sauce, Swiss cheese, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, pastrami and mayo 

GRILLED 'WICH: Double Decker Club – Ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 6

SALAD: Kale Chicken Caesar – Kale, parmesan, croutons, bacon, with Caesar dressing on the side

WRAP: Garlic Roast Beef – Roast Beef, swiss cheese, spinach, onion, peppers and garlic cream cheese 

GRILLED 'WICH: Hawaiian Pizza Grilled Cheese – pizza sauce, cheese, ham, bacon and pineapple toasted on the grill  on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
