Rotating Weekly Menus (Winter)

Week 1 -

SALAD:  Greek Pasta Salad – Romaine Lettuce, pasta salad (pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese)  with Greek dressing on the side.  

WRAP: Ham & Cheese Pesto Wrap – Mayo, pesto, Swiss cheese, spinach, tomato, ham 

GRILLED 'WICH: Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese – Blueberries, brie cheese, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 2

SALAD: Buffalo Chicken Salad –Romaine lettuce, spinach, buffalo chicken, carrot, celery, cabbage, and ranch dressing on the side

WRAP: Cranberry Turkey Wrap – lettuce, sliced turkey, cranberries, and mayo. 

GRILLED 'WICH: Pizza Grilled Cheese – Pepperoni, mushroom, Monterey Jack cheese and tomato sauce on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 3

SALAD: Mandarin Orange Salad – Mixed greens, almonds, craisins, mandarin oranges, goat cheese, and poppyseed dressing on the side

Wrap: Chicken Parmesan Wrap – Breaded chicken strips, romaine lettuce, tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese

GRILLED 'WICH: Ham & Swiss Grilled Cheese – Ham, Swiss cheese, sliced tomato, and mayo on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 4

SALAD: Greek Salad – Lettuce, black olives, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta with Greek dressing on the side

Wrap : BBQ Chicken Wrap – Chicken, BBQ sauce, mozzarella, red onion 

GRILLED 'WICH: Monte Cristo Grilled Cheese-  Ham, Swiss cheese, mustard and mayo dipped in an egg mixture and grilled on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 5

SALAD: Taco Salad - lettuce, cheese, tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef, green onion, tomato, with sour cream and salsa on the side

Wrap : Thai Chicken Wrap – Chicken, peanut sauce, lettuce, cabbage, cucumber and carrot

GRILLED 'WICH: Peach Brie Grilled Cheese - Brie, sliced pear, arugula, drizzled with balsamic glaze, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 6

SALAD: Chicken Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, chicken, bacon, parmesan, croutons with Caesar dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Burrito – Chicken, rice, cheese, lettuce, black beans, corn, red onion, sour cream and salsa 

GRILLED 'WICH: Chicken Pesto Grilled Cheese – Chicken, pesto, tomato, and Swiss cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
