Rotating Weekly Menus (Winter)
Week 1 -
SALAD: Bacon Avocado Salad – Romaine Lettuce, bacon, avocado, cherry tomatoes with lemon dressing on the side.
WRAP: Three Cheese Pastrami Wrap – Spinach, tomato, swiss, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, pastrami, mayonnaise
GRILLED 'WICH: Pizza – Pepperoni, mushroom, mozzarella, and pizza sauce on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 2
SALAD: Buffalo Chicken Salad –Romaine lettuce, buffalo chicken, carrot, celery, cabbage, and ranch dressing on the side
WRAP: Cranberry Turkey Wrap – lettuce, sliced turkey, cranberries, and mayo.
GRILLED 'WICH: Mac & Cheese – Mac & Cheese topped with shredded cheese, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 3
SALAD: Mandarin Orange Salad – Mixed greens, almonds, craisins, mandarin oranges, goat cheese, and poppyseed dressing on the side
Wrap: Chicken Parmesan Wrap – Breaded chicken strips, romaine lettuce, tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese
GRILLED 'WICH: Ham & Swiss Grilled Cheese – Ham, Swiss cheese, sliced tomato, and mayo on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
Week 4
SALAD: Blueberry Almond Salad – spinach/lettuce, blueberries, sliced almonds, goat cheese, red onion with balsamic dressing on the side
Wrap : Chicken Salad Wrap – Lettuce and chicken salad (chicken, craisins, green onions, celery, salt and pepper)
GRILLED 'WICH: Bacon Dill Grilled Cheese- Bacon, dill pickles and cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

SALAD: Taco Salad - lettuce, cheese, tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef, green onion, tomato, with sour cream and salsa on the side
WRAP: Thai Chicken Wrap - chicken, peanut sauce, lettuce, cabbage and carrot
GRILLED 'WICH: Pear Brie Grilled Cheese - brie, sliced pear, arugula, drizzled with balsamic glaze, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
