Rotating Weekly Menus (Spring)

Week 1 -

SALAD:  Greek Pasta Salad – Romaine Lettuce, pasta salad (pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese)  with Greek dressing on the side.  

WRAP: Ham & Cheese Pesto Wrap – Mayo, pesto, Swiss cheese, spinach, tomato, ham 

GRILLED 'WICH: Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese – Blueberries, brie cheese, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 2

SALAD:  Greek Pasta Salad – Romaine Lettuce, pasta salad (pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese)  with Greek dressing on the side. 

WRAP: Chicken Quesadilla – Sour cream, salsa, cheese, chicken, onion 

GRILLED 'WICH: Avocado & Whipped Feta Grilled Cheese – Whipped Feta cheese, avocado, cucumber, apple on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 3

SALAD: Kiwi Quinoa Salad – Romaine, quinoa, kiwi, goat cheese with passion fruit spread on the side

Sub: Italian Sub – Turkey ham, pepperoni, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, drizzled with Italian dressing

GRILLED 'WICH: Caprese Grilled Cheese – Tomato, mozzarella cheese, basil, drizzled with balsamic dressing on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 4

SALAD: Cobb Salad – Lettuce, egg, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheese, bacon, avocado with ranch dressing on the side

Wrap : Egg Salad Croissant – Lettuce, egg salad (egg, onion, celery, mayo, spices) on a croissant 

GRILLED 'WICH: BLT Grilled Cheese-  Cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 5

SALAD: Strawberry Avocado Salad - Romaine, goat cheese, sliced almonds, strawberries, avocado, with balsamic dressing on the side

Wrap : Chicken Salad Wrap – Lettuce, chicken salad (mayo, chicken, onion, celery, craisins, spices)

GRILLED 'WICH: Bacon Dill Grilled Cheese - Bacon, cheese, dill pickles, on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 6

SALAD: Chicken Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, chicken, bacon, parmesan, croutons with Caesar dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Burrito – Chicken, rice, cheese, lettuce, black beans, corn, red onion, sour cream and salsa 

GRILLED 'WICH: Chicken Pesto Grilled Cheese – Chicken, pesto, tomato, and Swiss cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
