Medium Roast: A limited run roast that we're excited to offer for the first time in over a decade. The Geisha (or Gesha) coffee plant is a low-yield, delicate plant originating from Ethiopia, now cultivated in high-altitude areas of Central America. These beans are prized amongst producers and a must-try for every serious coffee connoisseur. Best brewed as a pour over to gently extract its delicate notes.
