Dark Roast – We did it our way. Grown on an island in western Indonesia, we affectionately refer to this coffee as "Frank Sumatra" around the shop. This roast has an aroma of toasted oats and wine with a smokey and spicy taste. High acidity and medium body. Part of our Certified Fairtrade Organic Sleepy Monk's Reserve collection.
